Nuotare e basta, alla lunga, pu\u00f2 diventare monotono. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Per mantenere accesa la fiamma della passione verso il nostro sport preferito pu\u00f2 essere utile variare. Gi\u00e0, ma in che modo? Inizialmente si possono esplorare gli altri stili, poi si possono provare distanze di gara diverse da quelle abituali, quindi si possono sperimentare le acque libere. E se tutto ci\u00f2 ancora non bastasse, si pu\u00f2 sempre correre fuori dall\u2019acqua e andare a prendere la bicicletta!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IL TRIATHLON<\/strong><br \/>\nIl triathlon \u00e8 uno sport multidisciplinare che dal 2000 fa parte delle Olimpiadi. Il regolamento richiede che i concorrenti effettuino una prova di nuoto, una di ciclismo e una di podismo, utilizzando una zona cambio per accedere al materiale utile ad affrontare la prova successiva.<br \/>\nIl tempo non viene mai fermato, cos\u00ec anche le transizioni costituiscono una parte importante della gara. Le distanze pi\u00f9 tipiche sono:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; lo Sprint (750mt di nuoto, 20km di bici e 5km di corsa)<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u2019Olimpico (1,5km di nuoto, 40km di bici e 10km di corsa)<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u2019Half Ironman (1,9km di nuoto, 90km di bici e 21km di corsa)<br \/>\n&#8211; l\u2019Ironman (3,8km di nuoto, 180km di bici e 42km di corsa).<\/p>\n<p>In termini di tempo il nuoto \u00e8 la frazione che in una gara dura meno, di contro \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 tecnica delle tre discipline. Questa pu\u00f2 avere luogo sia in piscina sia in acque libere. In entrambi i casi \u00e8 previsto un certo contatto fisico tra gli atleti, che ai meno abili pu\u00f2 creare disagio quando non addirittura panico. Nel caso delle acque libere, al di sotto di certe temperature viene concesso, quando non addirittura reso obbligatorio, l\u2019uso della muta in neoprene.<\/p>\n<p>Se siamo nuotatori, non c\u2019\u00e8 molto di pi\u00f9 da sapere sulla nostra frazione preferita. \u00c8 invece utile capire cosa serve per prepararsi anche nel ciclismo e nel podismo.
