II): il ciclismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019atroce dubbio che normalmente assale chi non ha mai fatto ciclismo \u00e8: meglio comprare una bici nuova oppure cercarne una usata per la serie \u201cse poi scopro che non mi piace almeno ho speso pochi soldi\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oggi si pu\u00f2 comprare un ottimo usato o un discreto nuovo pi\u00f9 o meno alla stessa cifra, quindi una volta deciso il budget \u00e8 solo questione di capire se si vuole un mezzo migliore ma usato, oppure un nuovo dai componenti di qualit\u00e0 inferiore. Ci\u00f2 che davvero importa nella scelta della bici \u00e8 la misura del telaio, perch\u00e9 esattamente come abiti e scarpe, deve essere della taglia giusta. Se la misura \u00e8 sbagliata, inizialmente ci si sente molto scomodi, alla lunga si va incontro a qualche infortunio. Capiamo il perch\u00e9. Gli allenamenti in sella possono durare diverse ore. Affinch\u00e9 il ciclista possa avere una posizione aerodinamica sopportabile nel tempo \u00e8 necessario che il peso del corpo sia correttamente ripartito su braccia, sedere (ossa ischiatiche) e piedi. Questi sono infatti i tre punti del corpo che poggiamo sulla bici. Se la geometria del telaio non \u00e8 adeguata, il sovraccarico di una delle parti \u00e8 inevitabile, con ovvie conseguenze in termini di dolori a collo, braccia, schiena, ginocchia, sedere, piedi o caviglie. Una volta comprata una bici della propria misura, sempre allo scopo di evitare problemi e infortuni, \u00e8 necessario farsi \u201cmettere in sella\u201d dal ciclista di fiducia. A parit\u00e0 di altezza, infatti, ognuno di noi ha caratteristiche fisiche diverse. In base a queste, e in particolare all\u2019altezza del cavallo (la distanza tra la terra e il punto di appoggio del sellino tra le gambe), del busto e delle braccia, \u00e8 necessario calibrare sia l\u2019altezza del manubrio, sia l\u2019avanzamento e l\u2019altezza del sellino. Se si decide di usare le scarpe con gli attacchi, \u00e8 di fondamentale importanza farsele sistemare in modo che a spingere sui pedali siano i metatarsi e non altre parti del piede. Una volta predisposto il mezzo, non rimane altro che allenarsi con la consapevolezza che le prime uscite possono risultare fastidiose e demoralizzanti, per via di una posizione nuova e una tenuta fisica tutta da costruire.
