Hypoxic training o allenamento in ipossia, riferito al nuoto identifica un allenamento specifico eseguito cambiando gli schemi respiratori abituali, abbandonando la tradizionale respirazione ogni ciclo di bracciata o ogni tre bracciate.<\/p>\n<p>Inizialmente gli allenamenti in ipossia venivano proposti per simulare le condizioni degli allenamenti in altitudine, dove la pressione parziale dell\u2019ossigeno dell\u2019aria diminuisce e il processo di passaggio dell\u2019ossigeno nel sangue \u00e8 rallentato. \u00a0Studi<strong>*<\/strong> dimostrarono che non solo l\u2019allenamento in ipossia non riduce l\u2019apporto di ossigeno ai tessuti, ma non ricrea neppure le condizioni dell\u2019allenamento in altura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma allora, qual \u00e8 il reale beneficio dell\u2019allenamento in ipossia?<\/strong> L\u2019aumento della tua capacit\u00e0 di trattenere il respiro.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019allenamento in ipossia produce infatti una condizione chiamata ipercapnia\u00a0(dal\u00a0greco\u00a0hyper: oltre, e\u00a0kapnos: fumo) cio\u00e8 un aumento nel\u00a0sangue\u00a0della concentrazione di\u00a0anidride carbonica\u00a0(CO2). L\u2019ipercapnia, quindi, guida il nostro stimolo alla respirazione.<\/p>\n<p>Se in alcune fasi della tua nuotata (durante lo sforzo in gara o in una fase subacquea prolungata) hai difficolt\u00e0 a trattenere il fiato, nel tuo corpo aumenter\u00e0 la quantit\u00e0 di anidride carbonica, non l\u2019apporto dell\u2019ossigeno, e questo ti porter\u00e0 ad avere necessit\u00e0 d\u2019aria.<\/p>\n<p>La frequenza con cui ti alleni \u00e8 importante. Pi\u00f9 ti allenerai a trattenere il respiro, pi\u00f9 aumenter\u00e0 la tua capacit\u00e0 di controllare questo stimolo e riuscirai a nuotare pi\u00f9 a lungo, respirando meno.<\/p>\n<p>Per questo motivo gli allenamenti in ipossia sono ottimi per stileliberisti e delfinisti, ma non solo. I dorsisti ne trarranno beneficio per le fasi in apnea a gambe delfino, cos\u00ec come i ranisti che potranno incrementare le loro abilit\u00e0 esercitandosi con lavori di tecnica per le fasi subacquee.<\/p>\n<p>Puoi migliorare queste capacit\u00e0 velocemente, riducendo in poche settimane gli effetti causati dall\u2019ipercapnia e abituando il tuo fisico a respirare meno quando necessario.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per far questo, ti propongo alcuni semplici esercizi che potrai inserire nei tuoi allenamenti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Da 4 a 8 X 25 metri sl pausa 1.00 in \u201cipossia 1\u201d, ovvero respirando solo una volta in tutto il 25 metri. Quando avrai preso confidenza con questo lavoro, prova ad alternare \u201cipossia 0\u201d, ovvero zero respirazioni nel 25 metri, ad \u201cipossia 1\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>4&#215;50 metri sl pausa 1.00 provando a modificare il numero di respirazioni durante il 50 metri: inizialmente prova a respirare una volta ogni 25 metri, poi prova a non respirare il primo 25 metri e una sola volta il secondo 25 metri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3&#215;100 metri sl pausa 1.00 cambiando respirazione ogni 25 metri: 25 metri respiro ogni 3 bracciate, 25 metri ogni 5, 25 metri ogni 3 e 25 metri ogni 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8&#215;25 metri gambe delfino in subacquea pausa 1.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>4&#215;50 metri lavorando 15 metri di subacquea gambe delfino ogni spinta dal bordo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Infine ricorda<\/strong>, l\u2019allenamento in ipossia \u00e8 fisiologicamente stressante, quindi il consiglio \u00e8 di inserirlo con attenzione durante i tuoi allenamenti settimanali.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5><em>*RIFERIMENTI E NOTE:<\/em><\/h5>\n<h5><em>Martin A.
