Tuttavia, sorprendentemente c\u2019\u00e8 un legame ancora pi\u00f9 forte tra le malattie\/infortuni e lo stress psicologico.<\/p>\n<p>Come riconoscere i sintomi dell\u2019overtraining?<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Frequenza cardiaca alterata a riposo.<\/strong> \u00c8 il risultato di un aumento del tasso metabolico per soddisfare la domanda imposta dal carico di lavoro. Tra le principali ricorda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il lavoro aerobico leggero, per eliminare le scorie metaboliche;<\/li>\n<li>Lo stretching muscolare, per eliminare squilibri motori;<\/li>\n<li>Il massaggio defaticante, per ristabilire il giusto tono muscolare;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019integrazione dei liquidi persi durante lo sforzo e dei\u00a0nutrienti\u00a0essenziali al ripristino delle scorte energetiche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Infine ricorda: non spingere il tuo corpo oltre i suoi limiti, impara ad ascoltarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Bilancia allenamento e riposo.
