Significa amare l\u2019acqua, diventare un unico elemento con essa, sentire il rumore quando il nostro corpo si immerge e lasciarsi accarezzare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUANDO? <\/strong>&#8211; Molti sono coloro che si ritrovano a bordo vasca all\u2019alba pronti per la nuotatina mattutina necessaria per caricarsi e iniziare la giornata al top. Tanti altri, dopo una lunga e intensa giornata, desiderano solo tuffarsi per scaricare la tensione o anche chi, durante la pausa pranzo, si concede una nuotata. L\u2019obiettivo non cambia: rilassarsi, praticare uno sport, migliorarsi fisicamente, sentirsi bene e liberare la mente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IL NUOTATORE LIBERO<\/strong> &#8211; Ogni piscina ha le proprie pietre miliari del nuoto libero, frequentatori assidui e metodici, clienti intramontabili, con riti e gesti che si susseguono negli anni. C\u2019\u00e8 chi arriva a bordo vasca con il kit del provetto nuotatore: pinne, pullbuoy, occhialini da gara. Macinano chilometri con l\u2019obiettivo di migliorare la tecnica, chiedono consigli sugli esercizi da svolgere, sul numero delle vasche e restano con la mitica striscia blu per ore. Altri invece amano fare la nuotatina tranquilla e rilassante con il fine di stare bene, sentirsi meglio e godere dell\u2019elemento acqua e dei suoi benefici. Parliamo di un\u2019ora o pi\u00f9 che si dedica a s\u00e9 stessi, in cui si stacca la spina dalla routine quotidiana e ci si immerge in una realt\u00e0 in cui siamo gli unici protagonisti. Se invece non ami stare da solo, nessun problema puoi portarti un compagno di fatiche o iscriverti a lezioni di gruppo!<\/p>\n<p>In ogni caso non preoccuparti: di norma le corsie sono suddivise in base all\u2019andatura lenta\/veloce quindi potrai scegliere quella pi\u00f9 adatta a te.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IL NUOTO \u00e8 BELLO perch\u00e9 VARIO<\/strong> \u2013 \u00a0Tanti ci chiedono se \u00e8 monotono andare avanti e indietro seguendo una linea sul fondo. Intanto gli stili a disposizione sono 4, si possono fare esercizi di tecnica e di sensibilit\u00e0, esercizi solo per gli arti inferiori e superiori, le nuotate miste, i cambiamenti di ritmo e velocit\u00e0. In questo modo potrai trovare stimoli sempre nuovi e fare in modo che l&#8217;allenamento non sia mai ripetitivo. Inoltre il coinvolgimento muscolare e il dispendio energetico variano considerevolmente nei vari stili: si parte dallo stile libero per aumentare nel dorso e arrivare alla farfalla passando dalla rana.
