La verit\u00e0 \u00e8 che molto, troppo spesso, la motivazione non basta se a mancare \u00e8 il tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Ma perch\u00e9 24 ore non ci bastano? Innanzitutto se non riusciamo a trovare un\u2019ora al giorno per allenarci pu\u00f2 significare che stiamo gi\u00e0 destinando il tempo libero ad altre attivit\u00e0 o che non stiamo ottimizzando le ore a nostra disposizione. Quante volte, con la borsa pronta per la piscina, ci siamo soffermati sul divano a leggere le news sul nostro smartphone lasciandoci scappare l\u2019ora giusta per l\u2019allenamento? E quante volte, ancora, arrivati nel parcheggio della piscina, siamo stati tentati da una cena al ristorante proposta dai nostri amici?<\/p>\n<p>Niente paura. Una giornata ci pu\u00f2 davvero bastare, seguendo qualche piccolo accorgimento!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anticipa la sveglia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serve un\u2019enorme forza di volont\u00e0 per poter anticipare l\u2019ora della sveglia, ma il training al mattino vi aiuter\u00e0 a guadagnare tempo prezioso dopo il lavoro. Alzarvi per un allenamento in piscina all\u2019inizio sembrer\u00e0 faticosissimo: probabilmente preferirete il digiuno ed entrare in acqua al mattino potrebbe essere una vera sofferenza, ma la vostra giornata, completata la vostra scheda di training, inizier\u00e0 diversamente e con grande motivazione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuota con i tuoi amici<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mantenere l\u2019appuntamento con noi stessi a volte non basta, siamo bravissimi a mentire e tradire noi stessi, ma saremmo davvero in grado di mancare un allenamento gi\u00e0 stabilito con i nostri compagni di squadra?
