{"id":70602,"date":"2023-10-06T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-categorizzato\/dorso-impariamo-a-respirare\/"},"modified":"2023-10-06T10:48:46","modified_gmt":"2023-10-06T08:48:46","slug":"dorso-impariamo-a-respirare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/allenamento-e-tecnica\/dorso-impariamo-a-respirare\/","title":{"rendered":"Dorso, impariamo a respirare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Una particolarit\u00e0 della <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/allenamento-e-tecnica\/il-dorso-come-nuotare-a-pancia-in-su\/\">nuotata a dorso<\/a>, \u00e8 quella di non avere la respirazione controllata dall\u2019elemento acqua: siamo rivolti a pancia in su e siamo noi a decidere quando farlo, nessun pericolo di bevuta per un errore di scelta di tempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, ci\u00f2 non significa che tu possa respirare quando vuoi.<\/p>\n<h3>Tecnicamente, il momento giusto per farlo \u00e8:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Inspirazione:<\/strong> durante la fase di recupero di un braccio<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Espirazione:<\/strong> sul finire della fase di recupero dell\u2019altro braccio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/it_it\/accessori\/occhialini-da-nuoto.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-102357 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800_main-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>\u00c8 molto importante che il momento dell\u2019espirazione sia piuttosto breve e deciso<\/h3>\n<p>perch\u00e9, laddove tu espirassi lentamente durante la fase di spinta del primo braccio, il tuo galleggiamento sarebbe inferiore.<\/p>\n<p>Quando respiriamo infatti, la dilatazione dei polmoni aumenta il volume del tronco (senza variare il peso corporeo) che, come conseguenza, ha quella di <strong>aumentare a sua volta la forza di galleggiamento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Va evidenziato che<strong> questa forza aumenta soltanto in corrispondenza del tronco<\/strong> spostando il centro di volume verso la testa e questo comporta un leggero affondamento dei piedi.<\/p>\n<p>Devi quindi <strong>evitare di \u201cgonfiare\u201d i polmoni al massimo,<\/strong> cercando di avere sempre una respirazione controllata, nel tempo e nella misura d\u2019aria inspirata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenasport.com\/it_it\/accessori\/cuffie-da-nuoto.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-102363 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/backstroke_breathing_blog_800-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vediamo alcuni esercizi utili per imparare e tenere sotto controllo la respirazione:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Nuota dorso con un braccio solo inspirando quando recuperi, espirando quando spingi.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> Nuota dorso effettuando un ciclo di bracciata respirando normalmente e un ciclo di bracciata senza respirare.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.<\/b> Nuota dorso respirando con frequenza regolare ma effettua due bracciate complete molto lentamente e due bracciate complete molto velocemente.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.<\/b> Nuota dorso effettuando una pausa del braccio per 2\u201d quando la mano di recupero si trova davanti al tuo volto; qui trattieni il respiro per i 2\u201d di stop e riparti riagganciando simultaneamente bracciata e respirazione.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.<\/b> Per moduli molto brevi (12-15m): nuota dorso a elevatissima frequenza respiratoria (iperventilazione).
