{"id":70680,"date":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-categorizzato\/impariamo-a-virare\/"},"modified":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T00:00:00","slug":"impariamo-a-virare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/allenamento-e-tecnica\/impariamo-a-virare\/","title":{"rendered":"Impariamo a virare!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ugualmente allo sviluppo delle capacit\u00e0 tecniche di nuotata, perch\u00e9 un allenamento abbia buon seguito, \u00e8 importante che la pausa di virata sia praticamente nulla.<\/p>\n<p>Per raffinare questo gesto, analizziamo i metodi dove \u00e8 previsto virare con capriola quindi, a stile libero e a dorso.<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso dello stile libero il regolamento \u00e8 semplice: richiede che tu tocchi la parete della vasca con qualsiasi parte del corpo al momento della virata.<\/p>\n<p>Certo \u00e8 che toccarla con una mano, avvicinare i piedi al bordo e spingersi, \u00e8 uno schema molto pi\u00f9 lento che effettuare la capriola quindi, approfondiamo questa tecnica:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-50191\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/ARENA_turn_blog.gif\" alt=\"ARENA_turn_blog\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Nuotando, avvicinati al bordo della vasca controllando la striscia nera sul fondo; quando quest\u2019ultima presenta la T (o una bracciata dopo a seconda della tua altezza e velocit\u00e0) effettua \u00bd bracciata e lascia una mano stesa lungo il fianco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Simultaneamente, fletti il collo avvicinando il mento al petto, porta l\u2019altro braccio lungo il fianco e ruota i palmi delle mani verso l\u2019alto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Aiutandoti, spingendo con le mani verso l\u2019alto, effettua una capriola flettendo il busto verso il basso e raccogliendo le ginocchia verso l\u2019addome. Mentre lo fai, ruota lateralmente il corpo in modo da acquisire una posizione pi\u00f9 simile a quella prona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Appoggia i piedi sul bordo della vasca, spingiti in avanti ultimando la rotazione, tieni le braccia ben stese e la testa ben incassata tra le spalle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Batti le gambe, emergi e nuota senza respirare nella prima bracciata.<\/p>\n<p>Nel dorso, la virata \u00e8 molto simile a quella appena descritta con alcune differenze dettate dal regolamento e dal fatto che si nuoti supini, per questo sar\u00e0 necessario:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Controllare la distanza dal bordo usando come riferimento le bandierine (5 metri).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Una volta raggiunte queste, dopo 4-5 bracciate, ruota su te stesso di 180\u00b0 sfruttando l\u2019inerzia del movimento aereo della bracciata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Senza effettuare alcun movimento, scivola fino al raggiungere la giusta misura per virare ed effettua la capriola (nessuna rotazione intorno all\u2019asse verticale del corpo).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Appoggia i piedi sul bordo e, restando in posizione supina, spingiti dal muro tenendo le braccia ben stese sopra la testa e quest\u2019ultima incassata tra le spalle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Effettua 2-3 gambate a delfino, emergi e nuota.<\/p>\n<p>La virata \u00e8 il momento di congiungimento di due vasche e, per questo, deve durare il minor tempo possibile in modo da dare la massima continuit\u00e0 all\u2019esercizio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Cerchi il costume da allenamento pi\u00f9 adatto a te? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/en_uk\/men\/training-swimwear.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Esplora la nostra collezione!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ugualmente allo sviluppo delle capacit\u00e0 tecniche di nuotata, perch\u00e9 un allenamento abbia buon seguito, \u00e8 importante che la pausa di virata sia praticamente nulla.
