Molto probabilmente sono due le cose che stai pensando. La prima si pu\u00f2 sintetizzare con l\u2019esclamazione \u201cche stanchezza!\u201d, ma dipende dalla tipologia di allenamento appena finito. La seconda, che sar\u00e0 presente indipendentemente dall\u2019allenamento che hai appena finito, si pu\u00f2 sintetizzare con \u201cche fame!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con questa premessa, affrontiamo l\u2019alimentazione POST-allenamento.<\/p>\n<p>Se bisogna curare l\u2019alimentazione <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/it_it\/community\/fitness-benessere\/perche-e-cosa-mangiare-prima-di-entrare-in-acqua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pre-allenamento<\/a> per potersi allenare al meglio, bisogna dare altrettanta importanza al cibo ingerito post-allenamento per poter recuperare al meglio le energie spese.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-85954\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/food_immune_system.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/food_immune_system.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/food_immune_system-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/food_immune_system-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Subito una precisazione: per alimentazione post-allenamento <strong>non si intende solo il pasto principale pi\u00f9 vicino alla pratica<\/strong>, per esempio il pranzo dopo una sessione mattutina. Questo perch\u00e9 dal momento in cui esci dall\u2019acqua al momento in cui metti le gambe sotto al tavolo pu\u00f2 passare un periodo di tempo che pu\u00f2 andare da 1h fino a 2-3h.<\/p>\n<h3>Ecco perch\u00e9 lo spuntino post-allenamento assume molta importanza.<\/h3>\n<p>In seguito ad una sessione pi\u00f9 o meno pesante, il corpo presenta una serie di parametri che devono essere ripristinati e lo spuntino pu\u00f2 decisamente contribuire, per esempio ricostituendo le scorte di glicogeno o favorire i processi di riparazione muscolare (i muscoli escono lesionati dall\u2019allenamento e vanno riparati!). Un altro grande punto a favore dello spuntino \u00e8 che allevia quella fame atavica che ti porta a mangiare, durante il pasto principale, pi\u00f9 di quello che hai effettivamente bisogno per recuperare.<\/p>\n<h3>Quindi quando bisogna consumare lo spuntino?<\/h3>\n<p>Esiste una finestra temporale (finestra anabolica) di circa 30\u2019 dalla fine dell\u2019allenamento in cui il corpo \u00e8 particolarmente predisposto ad assimilare quanto ingerito per il recupero muscolare. Ipoteticamente: finisci di nuotare, esci dalla piscina, vai in spogliatoio, fai una doccia veloce e prima di vestirti butti gi\u00f9 qualcosa. Se invece hai intenzione di fare una doccia particolarmente lunga, mangia ancor prima di lavarti.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4014\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/after_training_nutrition1.jpg\" alt=\"|\" width=\"100%\" height=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/after_training_nutrition1.jpg 1075w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/after_training_nutrition1-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/after_training_nutrition1-768x572.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/after_training_nutrition1-1024x762.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1075px) 100vw, 1075px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Come dev\u2019essere composto uno spuntino da mangiare dopo l&#8217;allenamento?<\/h3>\n<p>Principalmente da carboidrati e proteine che possano essere per\u00f2 di rapida assimilazione. Ecco qualche proposta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20g di formaggio grana + 1 banana<\/li>\n<li>100g di yogurt + 20\/30 g di cereali<\/li>\n<li>200ml di latte + 1 mela<\/li>\n<li>50g di prosciutto\/bresaola + 1 frutto<\/li>\n<li>1 panino piccolo con prosciutto e formaggio (non cremoso)<\/li>\n<li>1 panino piccolo con marmellata\/miele + 5 noci<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per il pasto principale che seguir\u00e0 l\u2019allenamento invece non ci sono particolari paletti da rispettare a parte l\u2019avere una distribuzione equilibrata di carboidrati<\/strong> (a pranzo un po\u2019 di pi\u00f9, a cena un po\u2019 di meno), <strong>proteine<\/strong> (inverso dei carboidrati, quindi meno a pranzo e pi\u00f9 a cena) e <strong>grassi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una nota importante, sia per i pasti principali che per gli spuntini post allenamento, \u00e8 quella di bere tanto<\/strong> (acqua o bevande sportive, ma prive di coloranti) perch\u00e9 anche i nuotatori perdono molti liquidi.
