Con l\u2019HIIT puoi ricercare nuovi adattamenti, per\u00f2 non \u00e8 sempre facile, perch\u00e9, utilizzando esattamente le basi scientifiche dell&#8217;HIIT, potresti cambiare la tua percezione dell&#8217;allenamento.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019HIIT utilizza l\u2019integrazione di tre processi del sistema metabolico:\u00a0ATP e fosfocreatina, glicolisi anaerobica e metabolismo ossidativo.
