Con un programma di nuoto durato tre mesi, diversi sono stati i benefici: la pressione sistolica \u00e8 diminuita e l\u2019arteria carotidea \u00e8 diventata pi\u00f9 elastica, favorendo cos\u00ec un pompaggio ottimale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IL CUORE SORRIDE E RINGRAZIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quando vai a nuotare svolgi per la maggiore un\u2019attivit\u00e0 aerobica portando senza dubbi differenti vantaggi a livello cardiovascolare.<\/p>\n<p>Se nuoti con regolarit\u00e0 e in maniera costante ( consiglio due o tre volte a settimana), permetti al muscolo cardiaco di abituarsi a consumare sempre meno ossigeno, a disperdere meno energie e di abbassare cos\u00ec la frequenza cardiaca.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre a questo grande vantaggio <strong>il nuoto permette al cuore di<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aumentare di dimensioni.<\/li>\n<li>Migliorare la capacit\u00e0 del ventricolo sinistro.<\/li>\n<li>Aumentare la capacit\u00e0 contrattile.<\/li>\n<li>Migliorare quantit\u00e0 e la qualit\u00e0 delle coronarie, ovvero i vasi arteriosi che portano il sangue nel cuore.<\/li>\n<li>Diminuire i valori di colesterolo.<\/li>\n<li>Aiutare a controllare i valori glicemici.<\/li>\n<li>Ridurre la pressione arteriosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONSIGLI UTILI PER EVITARE PROBLEMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essendo un\u2019attivit\u00e0 da sforzo, il consiglio principale che posso darti \u00e8 quello di svolgere preventivamente<strong> una visita medica con elettrocardiogramma<\/strong>, meglio se sotto sforzo. Non devi vederla come una perdita di tempo e denaro, ma come una salvaguardia della tua salute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Altro consiglio importante \u00e8 quello di non avere fretta:<\/strong> \u00e8 sempre bene iniziare gradualmente senza strafare o provare a battere il record del mondo sui 50 mt stile. Cerca di mantenere un certo ritmo per tutta la durata della nuotata che dovr\u00e0 essere per un buon consumo energetico e calorico di almeno 40\/45 minuti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mantieni la frequenza cardiaca al di sotto del tuo massimale,<\/strong> che per un soggetto senza problemi cardiovascolari, anche se non allenato, \u00e8 di circa 120 bpm (battiti per minuto). Se non sei munito di cardiofrequenzimetro, potrai controllare i tuoi battiti mettendo il dito indice o medio al polso o alla giugulare, contando le pulsazioni per quindici secondi e poi&nbsp; moltiplicandole per quattro.<\/p>\n<p>Ricordati di riposare: la fase di recupero, infatti, \u00e8 di fondamentale importanza. Tutto andr\u00e0 bene dal momento in cui i tuoi battiti scenderanno in poco tempo.
