Se non ne hai mai sentito parlare, sappi che si tratta di uno pseudo-cereale. \u201cPseudo\u201d perch\u00e9 in realt\u00e0 fa parte della famiglia degli spinaci, ma ha caratteristiche che la fanno classificare come cereale. \u00c8 un alimento da poter utilizzare in alternativa al riso, molto calorico, con un elevato apporto proteico e un\u2019ottima fonte di carboidrati, vitamine e minerali. Sono un\u2019ottima fonte proteica e forniscono al proprio corpo acidi grassi insaturi, ossia i grassi \u201cbuoni\u201d (i famosi omega3 e omega6) perch\u00e8 fanno bene all\u2019organismo, a differenza di quelli saturi. L\u2019importante \u00e8 mangiarne poche tutti i giorni e preferibilmente lontano dai pasti. Il discorso pu\u00f2 essere esteso a tutta la frutta secca, ma se amate le arachidi potete scegliere come forma di assunzione il burro d\u2019arachidi, da mangiare spalmato su una o due fette di pane come spuntino pre-allenamento (almeno 1h30 prima).<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-71077 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/chocolate-183543_1920-700x366.jpg\" alt=\"chocolate-183543_1920\" width=\"700\" height=\"366\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corpo\">Il terzo alimento \u00e8 il <b>cioccolato fondente<\/b>. Ha delle forti propriet\u00e0 antiossidanti e inoltre fa molto bene al sistema cardiovascolare. L\u2019importante \u00e8 che la percentuale di cacao non sia inferiore al 65%. Si tratta di un frutto di origine messicana, \u00e8 molto calorico ed \u00e8 ricco di acidi grassi buoni &#8211; che abbiamo visto prima &#8211; di vitamine e di antiossidanti. Per essere un frutto contiene anche un\u2019ottima quantit\u00e0 di proteine.
