S\u00ec, perch\u00e9 la prevenzione e lo stretching sono sempre pi\u00f9 bistrattati e anzi, vedere un amatore che prima o dopo aver svolto la sua sessione di \u201callenamento\u201d in acqua fa esercizi a secco fa sempre un certo effetto\u2026 spesso negativo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Hai visto quello\u2026 \u00e8 proprio matto\u201d <\/em>sembra leggere nelle espressioni della gente in acqua.<\/p>\n<h2>Esercizi di mobilit\u00e0 articolare, di core stability, di stretching vengono sempre interpretati come fatiche inutili in funzione di un nuotatore: niente di pi\u00f9 sbagliato!<\/h2>\n<p>Anche in questa fase una corretta esecuzione degli esercizi comporta, inevitabilmente, l\u2019avere una buona capacit\u00e0 di controllo del proprio corpo.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 sono elevate le capacita di controllo e maggiore sar\u00e0 l\u2019efficacia degli esercizi.<\/p>\n<p>Le spalle sono l\u2019articolazione pi\u00f9 \u201cfragile\u201d e complessa da \u201cattivare\u201d e riscaldare. Lo stretching con, ad esempio, le varie circonduzioni alternate, simultanee, incrociate, in avanti, all\u2019indietro, slanci, fanno tutti parte di una serie di movimenti dinamici da eseguire, all\u2019inizio, lentamente e poi sempre con maggiore intensit\u00e0, \u00e8 molto importante.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre agli esercizi dedicati per le spalle, ci sono altri movimenti per gli arti superiori e per il tronco, anch\u2019essi servono per una \u201cattivazione\u201d ma pi\u00f9 generalizzata del corpo.<\/p>\n<h2>Gli esercizi di core stability servono sia per \u201cattivare e riscaldare\u201d, che per rinforzare e controllare il proprio corpo.<\/h2>\n<p>Ovviamente anche gli esercizi pi\u00f9 banali, come le circonduzioni delle braccia, devono essere eseguiti correttamente onde evitare piccoli traumi o errori che potrebbero portare a infortuni antipatici da curare.
