Farlo fuori permette di avere un supporto tecnico in pi\u00f9 di non poco conto: la vista.<\/p>\n<p>Nell\u2019immediatezza che segue gli esercizi di perfezionamento \u201ca secco\u201d, tuttavia, sfruttando la seppur breve memoria muscolare, dovrai tuffarti e subito mettere in atto quanto esercitato.<\/p>\n<p>Gli esercizi proposti ti aiuteranno a imparare a tenere il piede \u201ca martello\u201d, a compiere una leggera rotazione dello stesso verso l\u2019esterno, a trovare la giusta posizione della gamba e delle ginocchia durante l\u2019esecuzione del calcio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Seduto, una gamba tesa, una flessa con ginocchio all\u2019esterno e piede appoggiato sull\u2019interno dell\u2019altra gamba. Da questa posizione tieni il piede della gamba tesa \u201ca martello\u201d e compi movimenti di adduzione e abduzione del piede (3 volte, 20 oscillazioni) a mo\u2019 di tergicristallo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-53131\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana5-450x299.jpg\" alt=\"rana5\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-53071\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana4-450x299.jpg\" alt=\"rana4\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Seduto nella stessa posizione, fletti ed estendi il piede tenendo per il minor tempo possibile la posizione di flessione e per circa 5\u2019\u2019 la posizione di estensione massima (3 volte 10 oscillazioni).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-54231\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana3-5-450x299.jpg\" alt=\"rana3\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-53441\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana2-2-450x299.jpg\" alt=\"rana2\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Spinte o balzi molto moderati sulle gambe eseguiti con i piedi in extrarotazione (talloni che si guardano, punte volte all\u2019esterno).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-54481\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana15-450x676.jpg\" alt=\"rana15\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\"> <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-54541\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arenawaterinstinct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/rana16-450x676.jpg\" alt=\"rana16\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Inginocchiati divaricando i piedi a un\u2019ampiezza maggiore di quella delle ginocchia cos\u00ec da permettere ai glutei di toccare in terra.
