E quali sono gli allenamenti da prediligere?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il velocista \u00e8 apparentemente un atleta facile da costruire, allenare e portare ad un discreto livello di performance. In realt\u00e0 non \u00e8 cos\u00ec.<br \/>\nIl profilo dell\u2019atleta \u00e8 complesso e la specialit\u00e0 difficile da \u201cperformare\u201d, perch\u00e9 sono i <strong>dettagli<\/strong> che fanno la differenza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esiste una tipologia precisa di atleta velocista?<\/strong><br \/>\nPer quanto riguarda gli agonisti la struttura fisica \u00e8 importante per poter indirizzare gli atleti, a livello amatoriale sicuramente no.<\/p>\n<p>Prediligi le distanze corte, ami le tabelle di allenamento ricche di \u201cscatti\u201d e ti annoi a fare pi\u00f9 di 100 metri consecutivi? Forse sei un velocista, ma per questo <strong>non credere che i tuoi programmi di allenamento saranno una passeggiata.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come per tutti gli stili la <strong>tecnica<\/strong> \u00e8 assolutamente imprescindibile da qualsiasi caratteristica si voglia sviluppare, sia essa velocit\u00e0 o aerobia. Ma come gi\u00e0 anticipato, ogni dettaglio pu\u00f2 fare la differenza, ancor di pi\u00f9 quando la gara \u00e8 breve.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro aspetto importante \u00e8 l\u2019<strong>ipossia<\/strong>, ovvero l\u2019esecuzione di gesti tecnici veloci in assenza o carenza di ossigeno.<\/p>\n<p>Lavorare con lo <strong>snorkel <\/strong>come primo step e successivamente in <strong>apnea<\/strong> \u00e8 molto utile e produttivo per un controllo maggiore e migliore della nuotata e dell\u2019assetto.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esecuzione dovr\u00e0 necessariamente essere svolta con brevi tratti alla massima frequenza e velocit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approccio ad un allenamento veloce deve passare da una adeguata ed attenta &#8211; quasi spasmodica &#8211; precisione.<br \/>\nE\u2019 fondamentale l\u2019esecuzione di un riscaldamento a secco con elastici ed esercizi di stretching appropriati e un altrettanto preciso allenamento in acqua.<\/p>\n<p>Ti senti pronto a stimolare le tue fibre bianche?
