Ma, attenzione, non ti parler\u00f2 di come nuotarci o muoverti in immersione, ti spiegher\u00f2 perch\u00e9 in abbinamento a una dieta e a un corretto allenamento venga spesso consigliato di \u201cbere tanta acqua\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prima di tutto, per\u00f2, una premessa importante<\/strong>: bere tanta acqua di per s\u00e9 non fa dimagrire, come spesso purtroppo, si sente dire. Sarebbe troppo facile, non credi? Una buona idratazione pu\u00f2 e deve accompagnare il tuo percorso di dimagrimento le cui basi, per\u00f2, devono sempre essere (1) una dieta sana e bilanciata (mi raccomando: non estrema), stilata per te da un professionista e (2) un allenamento costante, programmato sul lungo periodo, anch\u2019esso realizzato da un professionista del settore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bere molta acqua, pi\u00f9 di quella a cui sei abituato\/a, avr\u00e0 un effetto termogenico naturale<\/strong>: bevendo, inseriamo all\u2019interno del nostro organismo un liquido di una temperatura decisamente inferiore alla nostra temperatura corporea (37\u00b0C), abbassandola. Di conseguenza l\u2019organismo si attiva per ripristinare la propria temperatura ottimale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dopo aver bevuto dovrai necessariamente andare in bagno. <\/strong>Le urine, essendo all\u2019interno del corpo, sono calde e la loro espulsione comporta un ulteriore abbassamento della temperatura corporea e un successivo lavoro del nostro organismo per innalzarla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inoltre, un\u2019idonea quantit\u00e0 di acqua introdotta costantemente nel corpo migliora il livello di idratazione cellulare<\/strong> e la gestione dell\u2019acqua all\u2019interno (o all\u2019esterno) delle stesse cellule (acqua intra ed extra cellulare). Il primo aspetto \u00e8 importantissimo per la nostra salute: il corpo umano, infatti, \u00e8 fatto per circa il 70% di acqua e tutti i processi necessari alla sopravvivenza che compie ogni giorno avvengono meglio in condizioni di idratazione. Il secondo aspetto, invece, ha effetti positivi in termini di composizione corporea, ritenzione idrica e cambiamenti ormonali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per quanto riguarda gli effetti esterni (pi\u00f9 visibili e immediati)<\/strong>, bevendo pi\u00f9 acqua noterai un minor senso di stanchezza e pesantezza, un rinnovato livello di energia e una pelle meno secca e pi\u00f9 morbida. Guarda quanti benefici racchiusi in una semplice bottiglia d\u2019acqua!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Infine, lascia perdere creme, cremine e infusi miracolosi<\/strong> per drenare, sgonfiare, snellire e idratare corpo o gambe ed evita termogenici o altri integratori simili per accelerare il metabolismo: se alla base non c\u2019\u00e8 un\u2019adeguata assunzione giornaliera di acqua, tutto ci\u00f2 \u00e8 praticamente inutile. Aumenta gradualmente l\u2019introito di acqua giornaliero e vedrai, provare per credere!<\/p>\n<p>E\u2026non scordarti della premessa iniziale!
