{"id":70954,"date":"2018-01-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-categorizzato\/nuoto-per-la-terza-eta-tabella-di-allenamento\/"},"modified":"2018-01-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-12T00:00:00","slug":"nuoto-per-la-terza-eta-tabella-di-allenamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/fitness-salute-e-benessere\/nuoto-per-la-terza-eta-tabella-di-allenamento\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuoto per la terza et\u00e0: tabella di allenamento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Il nuoto \u00e8 ormai, a tutti gli effetti lo sport pi\u00f9 frequentato dai cosiddetti \u201camatori\u201d in Italia.<\/strong> Nonostante l&#8217;immaginario di sport &#8220;noioso&#8221; ha da qualche anno superato il calcio e tanti altri sport che hanno pi\u00f9 \u201cvisibilit\u00e0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si nuota a tutte le et\u00e0 e a tutti i livelli<\/strong>: dal neonatale alla terza et\u00e0 passando dai corsi di nuoto, al pre-agonismo, quindi all\u2019agonismo, da teenager, ai master, dove non si finisce mai di \u201ccompetere\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oggi ci occupiamo della terza et\u00e0<\/strong>, ma non parliamo di atleti master che gareggiano e si allenano con costanza, naturalmente proporzionata all&#8217;et\u00e0, bens\u00ec &nbsp;di chi semplicemente vuol<strong>e tenersi in forma.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il benessere fisico \u00e8 la priorit\u00e0 che dobbiamo porci in senso assoluto sia prima che dopo aver nuotato.<\/strong> Vi ricordiamo di eseguire una serie di esercizi di stretching blandi prima di entrare in acqua, fondamentali per il riscaldamento e per prevenire infortuni.<\/p>\n<p>In acqua lo svolgimento delle vasche deve essere fatto in maniera lenta e continua.<\/p>\n<p>Vi proponiamo un esempio di tabella:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 stile libero<\/li>\n<li>100 rana<\/li>\n<li>100 dorso<\/li>\n<li>200 gambe a piacere<\/li>\n<li>200 braccia a piacere<\/li>\n<li>300 stile libero<\/li>\n<li>100 a piacere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una volta finito, fate qualche esercizio di defaticamento a secco, doccia e \u2026buona continuazione! &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il nuoto \u00e8 ormai, a tutti gli effetti lo sport pi\u00f9 frequentato dai cosiddetti \u201camatori\u201d in Italia.
