Se avete gi\u00e0 preparato la vostra maschera e siete pronti per un po\u2019 di follia, perch\u00e9 non portare un po\u2019 d\u2019aria di festa anche in piscina?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In effetti forse \u00e8 un po\u2019 scomodo nuotare mascherati (anche se potrebbe essere un ottimo allenamento per sviluppare la resistenza!), allora ecco a voi qualche esercizio super-divertente da inserire nelle vostre sessioni durante questa settimana, per non rinunciare all\u2019atmosfera di festa e smaltire con l\u2019occasione anche qualche caloria di troppo, inevitabile in questi giorni!<\/p>\n<p>Non dimenticate di sfidare i vostri compagni di squadra, chi arriva ultimo porta&nbsp;frappe e castagnole&nbsp;per tutti (ma senza esagerare!  )<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paletta sulla testa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posizionate la paletta sulla testa, appena sopra la fronte e nuotate a stile, facendo attenzione a non far cadere la paletta. Per mantenere la paletta ben incollata alla testa \u00e8 necessario mantenere il corpo ben allineato tra testa, spalle e corpo. Volete complicare la sfida? Provate l\u2019esercizio con la testa sott\u2019acqua. La difficolt\u00e0 star\u00e0 nel mantenere la posizione corretta anche in fase di respirazione. \u00c8 un lavoro di coordinazione e stabilit\u00e0 che pu\u00f2 aiutare moltissimo nel migliorare la posizione del corpo in acqua!<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LIa9XFl5cOA\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il surfista<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Appoggia la pancia sulla tavola, con le gambe fuori e le braccia libere. A questo punto utilizza la tavola proprio come una vera e propria tavola da surf, iniziando a remare con le braccia e utilizza leggermente le gambe per mantenere l\u2019equilibrio.
