{"id":70982,"date":"2018-04-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-04-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-categorizzato\/glutei-di-marmo-grazie-alla-piscina\/"},"modified":"2020-06-10T12:29:00","modified_gmt":"2020-06-10T10:29:00","slug":"glutei-di-marmo-grazie-alla-piscina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/fitness-salute-e-benessere\/glutei-di-marmo-grazie-alla-piscina\/","title":{"rendered":"Glutei di marmo grazie alla piscina!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>E\u2019 stato dimostrato che nella top 5 delle \u201ccose che si guardano come prima cosa in una donna o in un uomo\u201d ci sono\u2026i glutei!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formati da tre muscoli (grande, medio e piccolo), i glutei forniscono stabilit\u00e0 alla colonna vertebrale e garantiscono la posizione eretta del corpo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il grande gluteo, inoltre, \u00e8 il muscolo pi\u00f9 potente del corpo umano, oltre che il pi\u00f9 grosso e il pi\u00f9 forte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quindi, come fare per migliorarli e tonificarli?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nuoto, Aquagym ed esercizi liberi<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esistono diversi modi per aiutarti a migliorare la tonicit\u00e0 del tuo fondoschiena e il nuoto \u00e8 sicuramente uno di questi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lo STILE LIBERO<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>oltre ad essere la tecnica pi\u00f9 conosciuta e pi\u00f9 utilizzata per chi nuota, con un movimento continuo delle gambe ti permette, di sollecitare costantemente i glutei e quindi di tonificarli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;utilizzo delle braccia garantisce il giusto equilibrio del carico di lavoro, suddividendolo equamente tra la parte superiore e quella inferiore del corpo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La RANA<\/strong><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">invece, con i suoi movimenti circolari, favorisce maggiormente lo sviluppo del muscolo medio del gluteo (per intenderci il muscolo situato nella parte alta-esterna), ma attenzione: pu\u00f2 essere pericolosa per le tue ginocchia e la tua schiena se esageri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Se poi vuoi \u201cmassacrare\u201d per bene il tuo lato B<\/strong>, puoi decidere di fare un bel 1000 m (ovvero 40 vasche) in una piscina da 25 mt con l&#8217;ausilio della tavola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se decidi di intraprendere questa strada, ti consiglio di: alternane <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gambe stile <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a quelle a<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, posizionare gli avambracci sulla tua tavola e immergere di tanto in tanto la testa, portando il mento vicino al collo per evitare un sovraccarico della zona cervicale (C1-C8).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019aquagym<\/b> <b>pu\u00f2 essere una perfetta soluzione per te se non ami molto nuotare, oppure se non ti senti sicura\/o da sola\/o.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essendo un\u2019attivit\u00e0 \u201cverticale\u201d che si svolge tendenzialmente con l\u2019acqua all\u2019altezza vita, pu\u00f2 essere svolta senza problemi, tonificando i muscoli in completa sicurezza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se invece vuoi lavorare in autonomia, puoi scegliere di eseguire esercizi liberi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il mio consiglio \u00e8 quello di prepararti un piano d&#8217;allenamento con le giuste ripetute e le giuste pause.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ecco qui due proposte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0ESERCIZIO IN VASCA GRANDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Spinte dietro a gamba estesa<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\" style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 30px; height: 0; overflow: hidden;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HvpxntMrj1o\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spinte dietro a gamba estesa<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immersa\/o in vasca grande, con il petto e la pancia attaccati al bordo, sposta all\u2019indietro, alternandole, le gambe tese cercando di tenere il piede a martello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per aumentare l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 di lavoro, puoi eseguire questo esercizio con l&#8217;aiuto di un elastico posto all&#8217;altezza delle caviglie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti consiglio 3 serie da 15 ripetute con 30\u201d- 45\u201d- 1\u2019 di pausa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. After his competitive swimming career, he continued his sports studies graduating from the faculty of Preventive and Adaptive Motor Sciences in Pavia. He has been working as a swimming\/ fitness instructor and rehabilitation expert at various sports centres since he was very young. He mainly focuses on using water for recovering motor skills in the case of sports injuries and disabilities.
