{"id":71020,"date":"2018-06-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/non-categorizzato\/questione-di-gambe\/"},"modified":"2018-06-25T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-25T00:00:00","slug":"questione-di-gambe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.arenaswim.com\/it\/allenamento-e-tecnica\/questione-di-gambe\/","title":{"rendered":"Questione di\u2026 GAMBE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Oggi affrontiamo come argomento l\u2019uso delle gambe e proponiamo alcuni esercizi specifici.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Queste gambe che, soprattutto per gli uomini in et\u00e0 adulta, diventano vere e proprie \u201czavorre\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Masse muscolari imponenti che, se usate male, \u201cprosciugano\u201d il serbatoio delle energie lasciando l\u2019atleta amatore completamente senza forze.<\/p>\n<p>Non esiste una vera e propria \u201cmedicina\u201d che improvvisamente ci faccia imparare ad usarle, ma con un po\u2019 di esercizi, sia a secco che in acqua, agevoleremo lo svolgimento delle vasche in programma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iniziamo con il lavoro &#8220;a secco&#8221;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20\u201d di corsetta sul posto<\/li>\n<li>sempre con corsetta sul posto, alternare 5\u201d di corsa normale a 5&#8243; con flessione delle gambe<\/li>\n<li>10 piegamenti sulle gambe<\/li>\n<li>10 affondi alternando gamba destra e gamba sinistra<\/li>\n<li>10 salite in punta di piedi (magari su un rilievo per andare a sollecitare anche il muscolo gemello in allungamento)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Passiamo quindi al lavoro in acqua:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gambe dorso alternate con gambe rana<\/li>\n<li>con la tavola sul petto, posizione semi eretta gambe bicicletta<\/li>\n<li>gambe stile libero<\/li>\n<li>con la tavola al petto, posizione seduta, gambe dorso<\/li>\n<li>sempre seduti, gambe rana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Insomma, in una unica parola\u2026 gambeeeeeeeeee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oggi affrontiamo come argomento l\u2019uso delle gambe e proponiamo alcuni esercizi specifici.
