Molte volte abbiamo visto come in gara ci siano imprevisti, rischi, episodi inaspettati, elementi che disturbano la competizione perfetta che avevamo con tanta cura preparato.<\/p>\n<p>Ma se riusciamo ad essere tolleranti (ma non troppo) con variabili quali il mare mosso, il blocco di partenza non ben fissato alla vasca o quel dolorino che ci infastidisce durante la nuotata, non possiamo esserlo altrettanto quando a disturbarci sono i cosiddetti \u201cfurbetti\u201d della gara.<\/p>\n<p>Se volete un rimedio per evitare questi noiosi personaggi potrete per\u00f2 leggere queste 5 semplici ed essenziali regole!<\/p>\n<p><strong>#1 Guardatevi bene intorno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se questi episodi sono meno frequenti nelle gare in piscina, dove l\u2019identificazione avviene prima dell\u2019inizio delle competizioni in vasca, capita spesso che nelle open water ci siano atleti che tagliano parti del percorso o si nascondono, prima dello start, in tratti a met\u00e0 del percorso.<\/p>\n<p>Aguzzate quindi la vista\u2026e segnalate chi non rispetta le regole!<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2 Difendetevi dalle botte\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ho fatto gare prendendo letteralmente pugni e calci da chi non voleva farmi passare. In questi casi c\u2019\u00e8 chi fa finta di niente e chi invece, pur di non perdere la propria posizione, sceglie di \u201cvincere\u201d qualche livido. Per fare una buona gara non sprecate energie a contrastare questi Mike Tyson del nuoto; concentratevi sulle vostre forze a lasciate che i picchiatori si stanchino da soli!<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3 \u2026e dalle bugie!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019\u00e8 chi colpisce fisicamente e chi preferisce farlo \u201cmentalmente\u201d distraendoci o facendoci credere di non essere abbastanza forte per affrontare la gara. Come evitarlo? Ricordando che raramente un avversario sar\u00e0 sincero nel raccontarvi la propria strategia.<\/p>\n<p>Diffidate da chi vi dice \u201c<em>sono stanco, oggi andr\u00f2 malissimo<\/em>\u201d oppure \u201c<em>non mi sono allenato abbastanza<\/em>\u201d, difficilmente si tratta di uno sfogo sincero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#4 Fate solo la vostra gara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualcuno vi ha dichiarato di voler partire lento e vi chiede di seguirlo. La gara parte ed a met\u00e0 vi rendete conto che vi ha mentito, che \u00e8 partito molto forte e voi non avete pi\u00f9 energie per contrastarlo? Fare la propria gara senza guardare nessuno si rivela sempre la regola migliore da seguire per una performance da podio!<\/p>\n<p><strong>#5 Conservate un po\u2019 di energia per il traguardo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proprio al traguardo emergono i veri \u201cfurbetti\u201d. Avete presente quelli che sono stati dietro di voi per tutta la gara e poi vi seminano con uno sprint finale?<\/p>\n<p>Conservate sempre un po\u2019 di energia per potervi mettere in gioco con loro al traguardo!<\/p>\n<p>Non siamo certi che con queste regole riuscirete ad accorciare i vostri tempi ma possiamo garantirvi che la qualit\u00e0 delle vostre gare migliorer\u00e0 radicalmente\u2026 e soprattutto non dovrete innervosirvi mentre combatterete contro i \u201cfurbetti\u201d delle acque libere.<\/p>\n<p><em>Raccontateci le vostre storie o i segreti che avete adottato per battere in gare i \u201cfurbetti\u201d che avete incontrato!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Non sempre tutto va come ci eravamo aspettati.
