Those swimming in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short course<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pools will reap the benefits of the active rest while turning at either end of the pool.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pull buoy is ideal for the last part of this <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distance swim<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but fins will also allow your legs some rest as the water has more surface area to push up on.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Breaststroke Long Course Swimming Workout<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last but by no means least, let\u2019s finish with one of the less intense <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olympic<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> strokes.
