Monday 13th May – Carbon-Pro Replacement Update

The following information allows you to understand how the Carbon-Pro replacement process will work.

Basically, you will have two options open to you.

Option 1
We have updated our policy to ensure that everybody that owns a POWERSKIN Carbon-Pro affected by the anomaly will be entitled to replace it with a Carbon-Pro Mark 2 (free of charge), with a turnaround of about 8 weeks.

Option 2
You can opt for a POWERSKIN Revo+, which you could expect to receive within around two weeks. You would also receive a voucher entitling you to a 35% discount on a new Carbon-Pro Mark 2, as soon as it becomes available on the market – voucher expires on 31st Dec 2013. This voucher can be redeemed at select retailers in your chosen country.

Both options are available with the understanding that your swimsuit is in good condition and free of damage, such as rips or tears. We will honour our decision to replace it, with or without ‘proof of purchase’, with a free pick-up service from your home or office

Please note: If you are participating in an imminent event, please identify whether or not the event is FINA sanctioned (http://www.arenapowerskin.com/fina-sanctioned-events/). Certain countries and events are allowing the use of Carbon-Pro under certain conditions, so if this applies to you, you may wish to hold on to your suit until after the event, where you can then select an option.
